Summary: Join our dynamic and dedicated team as an Intake and Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the WIOA Title 1 Programs. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring efficient center traffic flow, providing top-notch administrative and customer services, and tracking vital data points. You’ll work closely with a diverse team, responding promptly to supervision, guidelines, and deadlines, while maintaining the ability to work independently. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve our mission and values, as you learn, take on new responsibilities, and help guide our clients to the services they need. Success In This Role Looks Like:
- Determine customers’ needs and effectively direct them to appropriate services.
- Manage referrals to all center partners
- Follow up with initial assessment submissions and distribute to appropriate staff.
- Assist resource room customers with additional tasks as needed.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
- Provide comprehensive clerical support to One-Stop Coordinator and program staff, including required monthly reports.
- Prepare or adapt WIOA program related forms on one drive.
- Provide Follow up services of clients who have exited WIOA Title 1 case management.

What You Bring To The Team:
- Demonstrated neatness, accuracy, mental alertness, tact, and courtesy.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with standard office and clerical procedures, current office technology, terminology and computer program/applications including Microsoft Suite, Excel, Power-Point and TEAMS.
- Ability to be non-judgmental and be sensitive to cultural diversity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines simultaneously and meet all deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping skills is a plus.
Requirements for Consideration
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Two years of administrative experience.
- Two years of customer service experience.
- One year of experience working with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
