Key Responsibilities
- Prepare standard contracts and amendments using approved templates.
- Support the creation, filing, and tracking of contract documents.
- Ensure all contract records are accurately maintained in the contract management system.
- Assist with simple supplier onboarding documentation.
- Explain basic contract terms, policies, and procedures to internal teams.
- Support compliance checks and routine audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Basic contract law or procurement coursework preferred.
- Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies or a post degree Certificate
- 2-5 years’ experience in contract administration, procurement, or related office roles.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of document management or procurement systems.
- Attention to detail
- Organization and time management
