What You’ll Do
- Prepare hot and cold menu items using standardized recipes.
- Portion meals to USDA guidelines, including allergy-sensitive meals.
- Support high-volume production lines to hit daily meal targets.
- Follow HACCP food-safety and sanitation standards.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, dishes, and equipment.
- Pitch in with the team and on-site meal service as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months in a production kitchen or food-service environment.
- Food Handler’s Card, or able to obtain within 5 days of hire.
- Comfortable starting very early (Hot Prep can begin 1:00–3:00 AM/Cold starts bewteen 4:00-7:00 AM).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to keep pace in a hot, busy kitchen.
- Basic math and portioning accuracy.
- Spanish bilingual is a plus.
