POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) to establish and lead our program management function. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the PMO as a one-person office initially, with potential to scale as our organization grows. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, ensure delivery discipline, and bring visibility to key initiatives across our UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish the PMO function, defining lightweight processes and governance tailored to an agile SaaS delivery model.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to plan, track, and report on key initiatives across UCaaS and CCaaS product lines.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, status reporting, and program metrics to ensure visibility for leadership.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment, identifying and resolving delivery risks and dependencies.
- Support quarterly and monthly planning cadences, ensuring priorities and resourcing are aligned.
- Drive consistency in program execution without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Serve as the single point of contact for program and portfolio reporting, scaling the function over time as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or cloud-based technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and experience adapting governance to agile environments.
- Experience managing programs in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related communications technology preferred.
- Self-starter comfortable operating as a one-person PMO, building structure from the ground up.
- Proficiency with program tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar).
