This role is responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and supporting commercial objectives through strategic medical visits. You will manage a defined territory, planning and executing visit routes to maximize daily productivity and cycle results. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians and other healthcare stakeholders while promoting products within the Central Nervous System market. You will combine strong product knowledge, market awareness, communication, and influencing skills to deliver impactful interactions. The role requires an ethical, compliant, and highly organized approach to managing promotional activities and resources. - Plan, organize, control, and execute medical visit routes, maximizing productivity and ensuring effective completion of each work cycle.
- Conduct planned visits and professional interactions according to customer potential, territory priorities, and established commercial strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and other relevant healthcare customers, providing appropriate product information and support.
- Proactively manage medical promotion activities and analyze audit and market information to identify opportunities and support the achievement of commercial objectives.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the promoted portfolio, including product characteristics, advantages, benefits, competitive positioning, and applicable promotional strategies.
- Manage promotional materials, service items, samples, equipment, vehicles, and other assigned resources responsibly and in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues from other business units, and retail teams to resolve questions and address operational challenges within the assigned territory.
- Conduct all activities ethically and in alignment with applicable compliance standards, company values, and established professional guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Publicity, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Valid and regular driver’s license (CNH) required.
- Experience or exposure to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, health, or related industries; candidates at the beginning of their careers or with pharmaceutical industry experience are encouraged to apply.
- Interest or experience working within the Central Nervous System (SNC) market and willingness to develop strong knowledge of the therapeutic area and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of market and audit tools.
- Strong presentation and influencing techniques, with the ability to communicate technical and commercial information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with versatility, flexibility, analytical thinking, sound decision-making, and a strong business perspective.
