This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager based in United States.

This role serves as a strategic advisor to complex enterprise healthcare organizations, helping leaders achieve measurable operational, financial, and clinical outcomes. You will manage strategic relationships across health systems, health plans, ACOs, risk-bearing entities, provider networks, and value-based care organizations. The position goes beyond traditional customer success, requiring executive presence and the ability to influence senior healthcare decision-makers. You will connect technology capabilities with customer priorities around adoption, care coordination, population health, and value-based care. Working cross-functionally, you will identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and demonstrate tangible customer value and ROI. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role with approximately 30% travel for customer engagements, industry events, and leadership meetings.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers, building trusted relationships and driving long-term partnership success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, VPs, population health leaders, value-based care executives, clinical leaders, and operational decision-makers.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans focused on customer outcomes, adoption, retention, growth, and value realization.
  • Align technology capabilities with customer business objectives, regulatory priorities, population health initiatives, and value-based care programs.
  • Lead executive business reviews focused on business outcomes, ROI, strategic priorities, adoption performance, and organizational success metrics.
  • Analyze customer performance, utilization trends, workflow adoption, and market practices to identify opportunities for operational improvement and increased value.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, Support, and executive leadership to resolve complex challenges and drive customer success.
  • Facilitate collaboration across provider, payer, post-acute, and community stakeholders to advance care coordination and network performance.
  • Develop compelling executive-level narratives demonstrating measurable financial impact, clinical outcomes, business value, and strategic alignment.
  • Identify customer health and risk indicators early and develop proactive mitigation strategies to protect outcomes, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Champion customer advocacy by bringing market insights, customer feedback, and strategic opportunities into product and organizational planning.
  • Support initiatives that advance value-based care, improve care coordination, and maximize the impact of healthcare technology across acute, post-acute, payer, and community settings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience in customer-facing, consulting, account management, customer success, operational leadership, strategic partnerships, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with healthcare providers, health systems, health plans, physician groups, ACOs, payer-provider partnerships, or value-based care organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with a proven ability to build credibility, influence decisions, and communicate effectively with C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, care delivery models, reimbursement structures, and healthcare technology ecosystems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven project management and organizational abilities, with experience leading complex initiatives across matrixed healthcare environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and demonstrate customer value realization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and customer success technologies.
  • Direct experience with ACOs, risk-bearing entities, clinically integrated networks, managed care organizations, or other value-based care models is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of population health management, quality improvement, healthcare performance measures, and value-based reimbursement frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities, post-acute providers, care transitions, discharge planning, or care coordination is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with EHR platforms, interoperability solutions, healthcare SaaS applications, or post-acute care technology is advantageous.
  • Clinical operations, healthcare consulting, implementation, or executive business review experience is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Strategic enterprise-level customer success role within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Approximately 30% travel, including customer-facing engagements, industry events, office visits, and leadership meetings.
  • Opportunity to work directly with senior healthcare executives and influence strategic initiatives.
  • Exposure to healthcare organizations across acute, post-acute, payer, provider, and community settings.
  • Opportunity to contribute to value-based care, population health, care coordination, and measurable patient and business outcomes.
  • Source job description does not specify salary, healthcare coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, or other additional benefits.
