A/V Editing & Graphic Design Intern

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented A/V Editing & Graphic Design Intern to join our team and help create engaging content across video, digital, print, livestreams, and podcasts.

This internship is designed as a hands-on learning experience where you'll work alongside experienced creative professionals, receive ongoing mentorship and feedback, and contribute to real-world projects that reach real audiences. You'll gain exposure to the entire creative process while building a portfolio that showcases your skills and growth.

What You'll Do

Video Production & Editing

• Assist in transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Learn professional color correction and grading techniques from experienced team members.
• Support the creation of motion graphics, animations, typography, and visual effects that enhance storytelling.
• Help organize and manage media assets to keep projects running efficiently.
• Participate in project reviews and receive feedback to strengthen your editing skills.

Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Create graphics and marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
• Assist with branding initiatives, logo development, motion graphics, and visual content projects.
• Learn best practices for typography, layout design, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Prepare creative assets for digital publishing and print production.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing professionals to develop compelling visual content.

Creative Collaboration

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, videos, and storytelling projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on cross-functional projects.
• Learn how creative concepts evolve from idea to final execution.
• Contribute to team projects while working alongside experienced professionals.

Live Events, Podcasts & A/V Support

• Gain hands-on experience supporting livestreams, podcasts, and multimedia productions.
• Learn how to operate and assist with cameras, microphones, soundboards, and streaming technology.
• Help support live meetings, presentations, recordings, and special events.
• Receive guidance on industry-standard A/V production workflows and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Understanding of typography, branding, layout design, visual storytelling, and creative fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Interest in video production, motion graphics, podcasting, livestreaming, and A/V technology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

• A portfolio showcasing design, branding, video, animation, motion graphics, or creative projects.
• Experience with podcast production or livestreaming.
• Familiarity with audio mixers, microphones, soundboards, or A/V systems.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles or tools.
