Account Payable in Aguas Buenas at TPIS

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team in the supermarket industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing and following up on invoices, ensuring payment accuracy, and maintaining organized financial records.

• Process invoices and purchase orders.

• Verify and reconcile accounts.

• Prepare and issue payments to vendors.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Respond to inquiries related to accounts payable.

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Associate Degree in Accounting, Office Administration, Information Systems, or Billing. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of accounting systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.

• $12.00 per hour

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Must be available to work up to five Saturdays per year during inventory periods.
