Job Description

At Unifi Healthcare, we are reimagining what healthcare can be—accessible, compassionate, and truly patient-centered. Our mission is to deliver a seamless, personalized experience that empowers individuals and supports them through their healthcare journey, helping people live longer, safer lives in the comfort of their own homes. Through our growing network of services and partners, we are building a model that reduces complexity, supports caregivers, and reimagines how at home healthcare is delivered across the U.S.

Unifi Healthcare manages this search directly. We're not working with outside recruiting agencies on this role, and we won't accept unsolicited candidate submissions or resumes from third parties.

The Role

We're looking for an HVAC technician who can handle a new install as well as maintain our current units. This is a steady, daytime role — Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.

What You'll Do
  • Install new HVAC systems — set equipment, run and seal ductwork, make refrigerant and condensate connections, and commission the system before you leave it.
  • Maintain our current 80 units
  • Handle the electrical side of the work: disconnects, whips, thermostats, low-voltage controls, contactors, capacitors, and basic troubleshooting of 120/240V circuits feeding the equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair heating and cooling issues — airflow, refrigerant charge, controls, and electrical faults.
  • Build and maintain your own preventive maintenance schedule and keep it current as systems change.
What You Bring
  • Several years of hands-on HVAC experience, including new installations
  • State HVAC license or journeyman credential appropriate to installation work, current and in good standing.
  • Comfortable with light electrical work
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
  • Self-direction. You plan your week, you follow through, and you flag problems early.
