Forklift Operator / General Labor in Plant City, Florida at XL Pro National LLC

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store products while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

1. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
2. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
3. Move products to designated storage areas and staging locations.
4. Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
5. Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
6. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
7. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

1. Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
2. Valid forklift certification
3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
4. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1. Full-time position. M-F 8am-4:30pm
2. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

This position is based in a warehouse setting and may involve working in varying temperatures, operating heavy equipment, and handling materials in a fast-paced environment.
