Customer Support Specialist II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II based in the United States.

This role supports healthcare providers, patients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders within a high-volume customer care environment.
You will deliver responsive and professional support through phone, voicemail, and email while resolving a wide range of customer needs.
The position combines customer service, problem-solving, issue investigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will help address service concerns, escalate priority issues, and contribute to initiatives that improve the overall customer experience.
Success in this role requires accuracy, professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
The position offers a fully remote environment with a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone calls, voicemail, and email, supporting healthcare providers, sales teams, and internal customers.

  • Investigate and resolve customer questions, service issues, and complaints while providing accurate, professional, and timely responses.

  • Identify high-priority or complex concerns and escalate them appropriately to ensure effective resolution.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales policies, organizational structures, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.

  • Document procedures, recurring issues, and opportunities that can improve customer service processes and operational efficiency.

  • Support special initiatives and collaborate with teams throughout the customer care organization to strengthen the customer experience and sales-support strategy.

  • Meet established attendance, schedule-adherence, training, assessment, and service-quality expectations.

  • Follow applicable Quality Management System requirements, company policies, procedures, and customer-care standards.

  • Manage multiple customer interactions and priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-service environment focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across teams, adapt to changing priorities, and remain productive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining schedule adherence and consistently meeting performance expectations.

  • Comfortable using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer-support or contact-center environment.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

  • Previous experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare industry is preferred.

  • Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or internal business partners in a high-volume customer-service environment is a plus.

Benefits:
  • Base pay of $17.00–$34.00 per hour, with actual compensation potentially varying by specific location.

  • Fully remote position within the United States.

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
