This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Jurídico (Distribuição de prazos) - SEM OAB based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity for a legal professional or law student to work with the organization and distribution of procedural deadlines in a technology-driven legal environment.
The role is focused on analyzing publications and notifications, identifying relevant deadlines and ensuring their accurate scheduling and distribution.
You will handle a high volume of information while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and data accuracy.
The position involves interaction with legal professionals, clients and other stakeholders to support the resolution of operational demands.
Familiarity with Brazilian judicial systems and administrative routines will be important for managing day-to-day activities efficiently.
The role also provides exposure to legal operations supported by technology, structured processes and data management.
Organization, analytical thinking, communication and a strong sense of responsibility are essential to succeeding in this position.
Analyze and distribute procedural deadlines based on publications, court notifications and relevant legal communications.
Schedule deadlines accurately, ensuring information is properly recorded and routed to the appropriate legal teams.
Review publications and notifications to identify relevant dates, requirements and procedural actions.
Work with judicial and legal management systems, supporting accurate and timely operational processing.
Handle high volumes of information while maintaining attention to detail and consistency in records.
Identify inconsistencies, missing information or data discrepancies and support their correction.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, lawyers, consumers and other stakeholders when necessary to resolve operational demands.
Contribute proactively to improvements and corrections in data and deadline-management processes.
Currently studying Law or holding a Law degree without an active OAB registration.
Previous experience analyzing procedural deadlines, reading legal publications and notifications, and distributing deadlines.
Familiarity with Brazilian judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ and eproc.
Experience with administrative or operational routines involving high volumes of information.
Previous experience communicating with different stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, lawyers, consumers or third parties.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including filters, tables and basic formulas.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough reviews and confer information accurately.
Good organizational and information-management skills.
Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies and incorrect data.
Proactive approach to identifying improvements and correcting operational issues.
Clear communication, teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
