Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager based in United States.
This is a high-impact demand generation role with end-to-end ownership of growth for a defined market. You will shape the demand strategy, market narrative, program budget, and quarterly pipeline targets, with success measured by pipeline and revenue rather than lead volume alone. Working across enterprise brands, agencies, and other complex buying environments, you will build integrated campaigns that engage sophisticated marketing audiences. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across paid media, ABM, content, events, email, social, and the broader buyer journey. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, BDRs, Sales, and Events to turn market opportunities into measurable business outcomes. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership in a remote-first, AI-forward environment where experimentation, data, and commercial impact are central to the work.
- Own demand generation for an assigned market, including the quarterly pipeline target measured in ACV and the program budget, using conversion and performance data to guide investment decisions.
- Translate broader go-to-market priorities into a market-specific demand strategy covering audience frameworks, messaging, narratives, nurture paths, and campaign priorities.
- Plan, build, launch, and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns, measuring performance from initial engagement through pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing programs against named target accounts and in-market accounts, including buying committee mapping, personalized engagement, and coordination with BDR and Sales teams.
- Build always-on demand programs across the buyer journey, including thought leadership, paid media, webinars, email, social, retargeting, ABM, and events.
- Partner with the Events Manager to identify high-value events, define objectives, and ensure event investments generate meaningful meetings and pipeline.
- Own funnel performance from ICP accounts demonstrating intent through meetings, opportunities, and bookings.
- Work with Marketing Operations on analytics, automation, segmentation, lead flow, and performance reporting.
- Analyze channel and campaign ROI regularly, identifying what is driving results and providing clear, data-backed recommendations for future investment.
- Collaborate across Product Marketing, Content, BDR, Sales, and Events to align integrated programs around a consistent market narrative.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or marketing focused on enterprise buyers, particularly Fortune 500 consumer brands or leading marketing agencies.
- Demonstrated experience marketing to sophisticated marketing professionals and understanding their business priorities, challenges, and buying behaviors.
- Proven track record of building data-driven demand programs that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue rather than relying primarily on top-of-funnel metrics.
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing, including named-account strategies, buying committee engagement, and meaningful personalization.
- Experience building and launching B2B campaigns across advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Display.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot; experience with Salesforce is particularly relevant.
- Strong copywriting skills across email, landing pages, advertising, and sales cadences.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to work through complex datasets, identify performance drivers, and communicate insights clearly.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced functions.
- Practical experience using generative AI to improve workflows, automate processes, conduct research, or enhance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, initiative, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong signals include experience marketing or selling to agencies, experience in politics, advocacy, or public affairs marketing, and backgrounds in data, martech, or adtech.
- Familiarity with intent and firmographic data platforms such as ZoomInfo, Bombora, 6sense, or Demandbase, along with the judgment to identify actionable signals, is valued.
- Familiarity with Pardot, Asana, WordPress, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Comfortable taking ownership of a market, budget, and measurable commercial target while managing multiple integrated programs independently.
Benefits:
- Base salary of $120,000–$140,000 annually.
- Eligibility for an annual bonus program tied to company performance.
- Remote-first work environment with genuine flexibility.
- Approximately 15% travel for company and client events.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including HSA options.
- Company-paid disability and life insurance, with a life insurance buy-up option.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
- Flexible PTO and 10 paid holidays.
- Paid parental leave.
- Wellbeing and Employee Assistance Programs.
- Free and unlimited access to 20+ health professionals and wellbeing coaches for employees and their family members.
- Compensation within the stated range may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
