Pay Rate: $179,511 - $224,389

Finance and Accounting Director

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Finance and Accounting Director will oversee our Finance and Accounts team as well as working directly with senior leaders. This position will exercise discretion and independent judgment as a team leader, while working collaboratively to execute department initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs and controls extensive and complex A&F initiatives that require staff and resources.
  • Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for A&F department.
  • Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports.
  • Consults with other Principals/Officers regarding complex business and client issues.
  • Ensures that all work produced by reporting staff meets compliance requirements.
  • Works with technical/A&F/communications to develop customer success teams.
  • Senior advisor to executives.
  • Primary coordinator with CFO for improved strategic and companywide initiatives.
  • Oversee all aspects of accounting and finance activities.
  • Manages timely completion of audit and tax return completion

Qualifications:

  • 20+ years relevant human resource experience with increasing responsibility
  • Holds professional registration/certification or other specialty certification.
  • CPA required
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Experience working with international and remote employees and teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.
