This role plays a key part in shaping and expanding the presence of an agriculture-focused product portfolio across the market. You will act as the technical bridge between innovation, sales, and customers, driving demand generation through hands-on field engagement, demonstrations, and technical presentations. The position blends agronomic expertise with marketing execution, requiring close collaboration with sales teams, R&D, and external stakeholders. You will also support product positioning, customer feedback management, and market intelligence activities to strengthen go-to-market strategies. Operating across field, laboratory, and industry events, you will directly influence product adoption and commercial success. This is a highly dynamic role for someone passionate about agriculture, innovation, and technical-commercial integration.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical market development and supporting the commercialization of agricultural solutions through field engagement and strategic coordination.
- Lead technical market development for the agriculture portfolio, identifying opportunities and supporting demand generation initiatives
- Conduct field visits, demonstrations (field and laboratory), trainings, and presentations to promote products and solutions
- Support the sales team in handling customer complaints, product positioning, and technical-commercial communication
- Coordinate activities involving experimental stations, field marketing technicians, trainees, and contractors
- Translate market needs and trends into actionable insights for the Technology and R&D teams, including new product concepts
- Support execution of new product introductions (NPIs), including testing protocols, field trials, and performance benchmarking
- Develop and execute field and laboratory trial protocols to validate product performance and value propositions
- Monitor competitors, pricing trends, positioning strategies, and market access dynamics in the agricultural sector
- Identify market potential, segmentation opportunities, and niche applications for portfolio growth
This role requires strong technical grounding in agriculture or chemistry, combined with field-based marketing and product development experience. You should be comfortable working across technical, commercial, and customer-facing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or technical field marketing roles
- Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency
- Strong knowledge of agricultural chemistry, phytotechnics, and application technologies
- Experience with agricultural input formulations and preferably adjuvants
- Ability to conduct field trials, interpret data, and translate findings into commercial insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams
