This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, automation, and growth strategy within a fast-scaling education and advisory business focused on entrepreneurship and acquisitions. You will take ownership of a well-established marketing engine and evolve it into a highly automated, AI-driven growth system designed to scale audiences, revenue, and event participation. Working closely with leadership, you will optimize funnels, campaigns, and customer journeys across multiple channels while improving efficiency through advanced automation. The environment is fast-paced, execution-focused, and highly data-driven, with strong emphasis on ownership, speed, and measurable impact. - Manage and optimize the end-to-end marketing engine across multiple channels, including funnels, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop and oversee content operations such as social media, newsletters, email flows, copywriting, and podcast-related marketing.
- Build, refine, and continuously improve high-converting marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Execute, test, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows across email, content distribution, reporting, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams to improve scalability, efficiency, and growth outcomes.
- Drive audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion across digital products, memberships, and live events.
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize ROI across all marketing initiatives.
- Support growth initiatives for events, advisory programs, and future platform expansion efforts.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through AI-driven automation and process optimization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in direct response or performance marketing targeting consumer or individual buyer segments.
- Proven experience marketing digital products, coaching programs, memberships, live events, or advisory services.
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation, email marketing, funnels, and campaign optimization.
- Advanced familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude or similar) and experience applying them to marketing workflows.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing platforms such as GoHighLevel or equivalent systems.
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on performance data.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong execution skills with a results-driven focus on revenue, conversions, and scalability.
- Ability to overlap working hours with U.S. Central Time for at least four hours.
- Native-level English communication skills.
