Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- End-User Support & Help Desk: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving IT issues, including computer, printer, and network troubleshooting. System Administration: Monitor, maintain, and upgrade servers, cloud services, and company-wide software applications (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace). Onboarding & Training: Set up hardware and accounts for new employees, deactivate accounts upon departure, and train staff on new technologies and security protocols. Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and third-party service providers for equipment purchases, licensing, and specialized repairs. Security & Backup: Oversee data protection measures, manage backup and restore processes, and assist with cybersecurity threat monitoring. IT Inventory: Track, audit, and maintain IT assets, hardware, and software licenses.
