This role is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on advancing enterprise-level analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities within a healthcare environment. The Manager Advanced Analytics leads the development and execution of data-driven strategies that support population health, cost management, and utilization insights. The position plays a key role in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence for senior leadership decision-making. It combines technical expertise in analytics systems with people leadership responsibilities, including guiding and developing a team of analysts. Working in a fully remote setup, the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of reporting frameworks. It is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of healthcare data, analytics innovation, and team leadership.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives focused on cost, utilization, quality, and population health metrics.
  • Develop and standardize scalable reporting frameworks and business intelligence solutions to improve data accuracy, consistency, and decision-making efficiency.
  • Oversee monthly reporting cycles, scorecard development, and population health index creation while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, supporting professional development, performance management, and capability building across the analytics function.
  • Implement and maintain business intelligence tools, databases, and data models while ensuring effective use of SQL and other query languages.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Contribute to budgeting, resource planning, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data-driven roles, including at least 2 years in healthcare and prior supervisory or project leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in healthcare data sources including claims (physician, hospital, pharmacy), lab data, and electronic medical records.
  • Advanced knowledge of business intelligence systems, data modeling, and SQL or similar query languages.
  • Proven experience developing dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing analytical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred familiarity with healthcare financial and clinical trends, process redesign, and advanced statistical concepts.
