Staff Product Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager in United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping the future of an AI-powered B2B advertising platform at scale. You will operate at the intersection of programmatic advertising, data infrastructure, and AI-driven marketing innovation, driving the systems and strategies that power audience activation, measurement, and performance optimization. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders to define product direction across SSP integrations, agency workflows, attribution models, and campaign intelligence. This role offers the opportunity to influence core revenue-driving capabilities, expand partner ecosystems, and embed AI across the advertiser experience. As a senior individual contributor, you will also play a key role in mentoring product talent and aligning cross-functional teams around a long-term advertising vision.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for SSP integrations, programmatic distribution, and audience activation, including identity resolution and bidding strategies.
  • Design and scale agency-facing workflows, campaign management tools, and reporting capabilities tailored to enterprise and holding-company requirements.
  • Define and improve measurement, attribution, and verification frameworks, including pixel tracking, view-through and click-through attribution, and third-party validation systems.
  • Act as the primary product expert for go-to-market teams, enabling Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering with positioning, training materials, and launch support.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven capabilities across the advertising lifecycle, including audience optimization, campaign recommendations, and performance anomaly detection.
  • Contribute to long-term product vision, identify emerging market opportunities, and align executive stakeholders on strategic roadmap priorities.
  • Mentor and support other product managers while strengthening documentation standards and cross-functional execution practices.
Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of product management experience, including significant exposure to ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital media platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, audience syndication, identity resolution, and media buying workflows.
  • Strong expertise in measurement frameworks, attribution modeling, and advertising analytics.
  • Proven ability to drive go-to-market strategy, including product launches, enablement programs, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Experience translating complex data and technical systems into clear product strategy and executive-level narratives.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI trends in advertising, such as predictive optimization and automated campaign management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels within large-scale, distributed systems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $166,812 to $240,657.60, plus potential bonus and equity opportunities
  • Stock options and participation in long-term company ownership programs
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and quarterly self-care days
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with provided equipment and home-office support
  • Learning and development programs, including access to professional training platforms
  • Wellness initiatives, employee resource groups, and regular culture-building activities
  • Inclusive, values-driven environment focused on growth, belonging, and collaboration.
