  • Partner with marketing operations and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and performance visibility.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement of partner marketing processes, tools, and execution frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience working with reseller, distributor, or service partner ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating partner-facing content.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce and reporting platforms like Looker or similar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: experience in cloud security or cybersecurity partner ecosystems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, and equity
  • Annual base salary range: $120,000 – $165,000 (depending on experience and location)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity participation in a high-growth technology company
  • Flexible work arrangements and remote-first collaboration model
  • Paid time off and additional company benefits
  • Opportunity to work with global partner ecosystems and high-impact go-to-market programs
  • Strong career growth in a fast-scaling cloud security organization.
