Sr. Director, Sourcing & Procurement

This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling global indirect procurement strategy within a large, complex, and innovation-driven organization. You will define and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost efficiency, operational excellence, and long-term supplier value across multiple indirect spend categories such as technology, marketing, and professional services. Acting as a key business partner to senior leadership, you will influence enterprise-wide decisions through data-driven insights and strong commercial expertise. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership to optimize procurement operations, processes, and governance frameworks. You will also lead supplier relationship management efforts, ensuring resilience, innovation, and performance across a global vendor ecosystem. This position offers high visibility, significant enterprise impact, and the opportunity to shape procurement as a strategic function.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and lead a global sourcing and procurement strategy aligned with enterprise priorities, strengthening commercial performance and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee category management across all indirect spend areas, including technology, marketing, corporate services, and professional services.
  • Drive end-to-end sourcing activities including RFPs, negotiations, contracting, supplier onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  • Establish procurement governance, processes, and operating models that improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Monitor procurement performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization and service excellence.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure value creation, innovation, risk mitigation, and long-term business continuity.
  • Lead and develop a global procurement organization, fostering high performance, capability building, and team growth.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global sourcing and procurement across complex, multinational environments.
  • Proven success in building and scaling procurement organizations, strategies, and operating models.
  • Deep expertise in category management, supplier negotiations, and commercial contract strategy.
  • Strong track record of influencing senior executives and driving enterprise-wide alignment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in technology, gaming, or entertainment industries is highly desirable.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred (MBA a plus).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
