Desenvolvedor de Software - Snior (FullStack)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor de Software - Sênior (FullStack) based in Brazil.

This role is designed for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer who wants to build scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions.
You will contribute to the development and evolution of web applications, APIs, and mobile experiences using modern technologies.
The position combines hands-on coding with technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and collaboration across engineering teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance APIs, web applications, and mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Design and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements, security standards, and software engineering best practices.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinements, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support technical analysis of requirements, effort estimation, architecture decisions, and implementation strategies.
  • Ensure software quality through clean code practices, automated testing, code reviews, and maintainable development standards.
  • Investigate production issues, implement fixes, and contribute to improving system observability and critical workflow reliability.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools to support software development activities, including code analysis, documentation, test generation, troubleshooting, and task automation.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve pipelines, environments, deployments, and integrations with cloud services.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, technical practices, and delivery quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, specialization, or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Solid professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in similar software engineering roles.
  • Advanced experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Practical experience designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of React Native or willingness to contribute to mobile application development.
  • Experience working with SQL Server, relational database modeling, SQL queries, and database migration management.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery environments across development, testing, and production.
  • Experience working within agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.
  • Ability to develop clean, testable, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Strong technical communication skills, autonomy, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Technical knowledge and preferred experience:

  • Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Managed Identity.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks such as Playwright.
  • Experience developing mobile applications involving camera features, OCR, geolocation, offline functionality, and secure storage.
  • Knowledge of API security, secrets management, authentication, authorization, and deployment best practices.
  • Mature use of artificial intelligence tools to support software development, operations, and application maintenance.
