The Content Editor will be responsible for reviewing and refining transcripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with established quality standards. The role requires strong editorial judgment, the ability to work efficiently under deadlines, and careful handling of sensitive business information.

• Review, edit, and proofread transcripts from recorded events such as interviews, webcasts, and calls to ensure accuracy and readability.
• Correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting issues, and inaccuracies in speaker, product, and terminology identification.
• Compare transcripts against audio recordings to ensure content accurately reflects the original discussion.
• Apply industry-specific terminology and context by using internal resources, custom dictionaries, and external research when needed.
• Format and organize completed transcripts according to required guidelines and deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining strong turnaround times and consistent quality standards.
• Continuously improve editing workflows and contribute to maintaining high content accuracy.

The ideal candidate should have experience in transcription, editing, proofreading, or a related content-focused role, with excellent English language skills and strong attention to detail. • Proven experience in transcription, content editing, proofreading, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of English grammar, syntax, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand different accents and varying audio quality.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free content.
• Ability to compare audio recordings with written transcripts accurately and efficiently.
• Experience using text editing and document formatting tools such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
• Comfortable using productivity tools including spreadsheets, email platforms, and communication applications.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI-powered transcription tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial markets, business concepts, or industry-specific terminology is a plus.
• Experience editing interviews, calls, webcasts, or specialized reports is preferred.
• Familiarity with editing platforms such as CK Editor or similar tools is beneficial.
