As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design of user experiences that address complex customer needs while supporting product innovation. You will collaborate across teams to research, define, prototype, and deliver solutions that balance usability, business goals, and technical requirements.

• Partner with product management, engineering, and security teams to understand product roadmaps and deliver impactful user experiences.
• Advocate for end users by applying user-centered design methods to identify problems, opportunities, and improvements.
• Conduct user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, feedback sessions, and collaborative research workshops.
• Create user journeys, information architecture maps, workflows, personas, and task flows to communicate design solutions effectively.
• Design AI-enhanced cybersecurity features that optimize collaboration between human users and AI-powered systems.
• Create interactive prototypes and high-quality UX concepts using modern design tools, including Figma and AI-powered design solutions.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, stakeholder input, usability findings, and product requirements.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from initial concepts through production.
• Contribute to design guidelines, UX principles, and scalable design systems.
• Support and mentor other UX team members while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Stay current with UX trends, AI design practices, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced UX professional with strong user-centered design expertise, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for building intelligent digital experiences. You should be comfortable working on complex products and leveraging AI tools to improve design efficiency and quality.

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with experience applying user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of UX research methods, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience designing complex web applications and responsive interfaces across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles and usability heuristics.
• Experience creating user journeys, workflows, personas, prototypes, and design documentation.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines and compliance levels.
• Experience conducting remote and in-person research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and collaborative sessions.
• Familiarity with Figma and modern UX design workflows.
• Exposure to AI-powered design and productivity tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of service design concepts, including service blueprints and human factors principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Previous leadership or team coaching experience is a plus.
• Experience in cybersecurity or other complex technical domains is beneficial but not required.
