The Mid-Level Software Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. The role requires technical ownership, attention to quality, and the ability to solve complex challenges independently. Key responsibilities include:
- Working as a self-sufficient, full-stack engineer contributing to the development of healthcare applications and software platforms.
- Developing scalable microservices and applications that integrate effectively within broader technology ecosystems.
- Reviewing technical architecture documentation and ensuring implementation aligns with defined engineering standards and requirements.
- Writing high-quality, reliable code that meets business needs, technical specifications, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate is a motivated software engineer with experience building scalable applications and working within collaborative development environments. This role requires strong technical foundations, communication skills, and the ability to contribute effectively to remote engineering teams. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional software engineering experience, excluding internships.
- Experience developing software in Linux and/or MacOS environments.
- Experience building or contributing to SaaS products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, coding practices, and application architecture.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Authorization to work in Brazil or another eligible location within Latin America.
