  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with research and development, engineering, product management, and other internal teams to align solution development with customer needs and market demand.
  • Product and Innovation Alignment: Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps, support technology development, and ensure solutions address evolving industry requirements.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for autonomous operations within the mining sector, with particular emphasis on concentrator plants and mineral processing environments.
  • Technical and Commercial Solution Consulting: Support pre-sales activities, solution design discussions, and strategic customer presentations, ensuring technical capabilities are aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Industry Innovation and Digital Transformation: Promote the adoption of advanced automation, real-time data analytics, predictive technologies, and AI-driven decision-making to improve mining productivity, reliability, safety, and sustainability.
  • Regional Travel and Customer Support: Travel frequently throughout Latin America to engage customers, assess operational environments, support business development activities, and strengthen strategic relationships.
Requirements:
