Accounts Payable Commission Specialist in Bardwell, Kentucky at Graceland Management Services

Graceland Portable Buildings is looking for an Accounts Payable Commission Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for accurately processing weekly commission payments for our independent delivery drivers while providing responsive support to drivers, customers, and internal teams.

• Review delivery paperwork and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Calculate and process weekly driver commission and compensation payments.
• Research and resolve payment or documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payment records, adjustments, and supporting documentation.
• Respond to driver and customer questions regarding paperwork, payments, and delivery-related needs.
• Prepare building move quotes using established pricing guidelines.
• Provide general Accounts Payable and administrative support.
• Help identify practical ways to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service.
• All other duties as required by management

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to organize work, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

• Accounts Payable, payroll, commission processing, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience with contractor compensation or incentive-based payments.
• NetSuite experience.
• Microsoft Excel experience.
• Logistics, transportation, delivery, or contractor-based operations experience.

This position plays an important part in making sure our independent delivery drivers are paid accurately and on time while helping provide a positive experience for our customers and partners.
