NuWaves RF Solutions is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Custodian to maintain cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep across two company facilities. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for routine janitorial services, light maintenance, and facility upkeep at both locations.

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, hallways, and common areas at both facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Replenish restroom supplies and janitorial materials as needed.
• Perform routine facility inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Complete minor repairs and general upkeep tasks as assigned.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supply storage areas.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper cleaning chemical-handling practices.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities between both facilities.
• Identify and communicate facility issues requiring additional attention.
• Perform other custodial and facility maintenance duties as needed.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Ability to travel between the two company facilities as required.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and written or verbal instructions.

Hourly Pay: $18.00–$23.00, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
