Residential Master Plumber in at Anderson Air

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Master Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, construction practices, and mechanical systems, with the ability to lead complex projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong background in residential plumbing, construction estimating, and site management, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. As a Residential Master Plumber, you will be responsible for overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential settings, while coordinating with other trades and clients to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential properties.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.

Perform construction estimating for projects, including material quantities and labor costs.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other construction tools effectively.

Conduct remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing systems.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met.

Perform troubleshooting of complex plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge and schematics.

Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used for each project in Service Titan.

Skills

Extensive experience in residential plumbing systems and construction plumbing techniques.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing and HVAC systems.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks.

Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and construction site safety protocols.

Ability to estimate construction costs accurately and manage project budgets effectively.

Knowledge of remodeling processes including carpentry, drywall installation, and general maintenance.

Familiarity with HVAC systems as they relate to plumbing integration.

Experience with field service operations and commercial driving is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material quantities.

Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods.
