From our offices in San Juan and Atlanta, we serve clients across Puerto Rico, the U.S. mainland and Latin America. We work in construction, infrastructure, healthcare, finance and technology, and we offer direct hire, RPO, fractional HR and EOR/payroll services.

We're looking for a bilingual, full-cycle Recruiter who wants to grow and enjoys work that changes from day to day. You'll partner with clients and executives to fill professional, technical and managerial roles. You'll own each search from first sourcing to accepted offer.

This role suits someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without waiting to be told. You'll need strong attention to detail, a good read on people and a real commitment to giving candidates a great experience.

Full-cycle recruiting

• Manage searches from intake to offer: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates and closing offers
• Recruit for professional, technical and managerial roles across our client industries
• Partner with hiring managers and client leaders to understand their needs and recommend top talent

Sourcing and pipeline building

• Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media, universities, professional associations and industry networks
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across Puerto Rico, the U.S. mainland and Latin America
• Post openings in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and on job boards

Candidate and client experience

• Keep in close, timely contact with candidates at every stage
• Give hiring managers and leadership regular updates on search progress and market insights
• Manage a high volume of candidates across platforms without losing the personal touch

Compliance

• Follow federal and Puerto Rico employment laws and regulations, including OFCCP requirements where applicable
• Support outreach that advances diversity and affirmative action goals

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally full-cycle (agency, RPO or high-volume corporate)
• Full fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Hands-on experience with a web-based ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in front of clients and executives
• Strong organization and time management, with the ability to juggle several searches under tight deadlines
• Independent judgment, a results focus and a drive to keep learning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in construction, healthcare, insurance, finance or technology
• Familiarity with Puerto Rico labor law (e.g., Ley 80, Ley 4-2017)
• Experience recruiting for U.S. mainland or Latin American clients
