We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Associate who is passionate about delivering an exceptional ownership experience from the very first phone call. As a member of our team, you will serve as the voice of our dealership, helping customers with sales and service inquiries while creating a welcoming, seamless experience that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service across every interaction.Promote Mercedes-Benz services and products by phone, email, and chat, using available resources to respond to prospective customer inquiries efficiently.Collect lead information and maintain accurate customer data in all database and reporting systems.Follow up promptly on customer inquiries that cannot be resolved during the initial interaction.Schedule appointments for service customers.Demonstrate the Mercedes-Benz vision and core values in all duties and responsibilities.Develop a working knowledge of other departments and their functions.Perform other duties as assigned.Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused work environment.

Position Skills and Abilities:

A qualified candidate for the BDC Associate position will demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of individuals.Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Use standard office equipment and basic Microsoft Office applications.Available to work flexible schedule and rotating SaturdaysBuild positive working relationships with customers and employees.Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.Consistently demonstrate a professional attitude and demeanor.Support company success by treating customers and Mercedes-Benz employees with courtesy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Schedule: This is a full-time (40 hours per week)

Work Location: In person

Starting Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 hourly (experience based) with bonus opportunities.
