We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated accounting professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership

Responsibilities:

• Post invoices
• Reconcile statements
• Disburse checks
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
• Entering and reviewing W-9s
• Process and filing 1099s
• Filling out credit applications
• Communication with the dealerships’ department managers

• Hourly pay: $18-$20 per hour
• Full time – Monday through Friday
