Known for its lively spirit and health-conscious menu, Motek continues to expand its footprint in South Florida with this exciting, new location by the sea.
Position Overview:
As we embark on our newest opening, we are seeking passionate and dedicated team members to join the team at our newest location!
As a Server Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of delivering an outstanding dining experience. You’ll help keep the restaurant clean and organized, restock service stations, assist with food and drink running, and support the service team in providing attentive, seamless service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with running food from expo station to the appropriate tables.
- Ensure tables and restaurant is clean at all times.
- Restocking service station with napkins, plates, silverware, cleaning supplies, etc as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 1 years in a server assistant, busser or food runner role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
