The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities while building strong partnerships with hiring teams and ensuring a seamless candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding. The role requires strong execution, organization, and the ability to balance speed with quality across multiple searches.

  • Execute recruiting strategies and hiring initiatives while aligning with established talent priorities and business needs.

  • Conduct candidate assessments and recruiter screenings to evaluate skills, experience, cultural alignment, and role fit.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, responsiveness, and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruiting data using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Collaborate with recruiting operations teams to improve interview processes, hiring efficiency, and onboarding experiences.
  • Provide market insights, process recommendations, and ideas to continuously enhance talent acquisition practices.
  • Represent the organization professionally and authentically throughout all candidate interactions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations build exceptional teams. You should be comfortable operating in dynamic environments where priorities evolve quickly and where ownership, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential.

  • 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within startup or high-growth technology environments.
  • Proven experience recruiting both technical and non-technical professionals, including software engineering talent.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify, attract, and close passive candidates.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous searches while maintaining organization and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, candidate engagement strategies, and talent market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of urgency combined with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, low-ego mindset with a focus on team success and continuous improvement.
  • Genuine passion for recruiting and a desire to grow as an individual contributor.
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within defense technology, government contracting, national security, or candidates requiring security clearances is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth of an innovative organization solving complex challenges.
  • Meaningful impact through helping build high-performing teams aligned with an important mission.
  • Collaborative culture focused on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
