Responsibilities

• Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineers to translate schematics into high-quality PCB layouts.
• Optimize component placement, routing, grounding, and overall board structure for performance and reliability.
• Own the full layout cycle from initial concept to release for fabrication.
• Generate all files required to order a board and support smooth fabrication and assembly.
• Maintain and update Altium libraries and ensure consistent documentation.
• Coordinate with PCB vendors to get quotes, resolve questions, and address any fabrication issues.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Altium, particularly layout and library management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with quick iteration cycles.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• RF layout experience a big plus

Base Salary The base salary range for this position is $100,000-160,000/year. When determining an individual’s compensation, we consider several factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data, so pay for this role may vary from the amounts listed.
