The Director, GLP-1 and Cardiometabolic Health Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of strategic healthcare initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, aligned with business goals, and positioned for long-term scale. This role requires strong program management, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to establish operating rhythms, communication structures, and collaboration frameworks for GLP-1 and cardiometabolic health initiatives.
- Develop and improve processes, tools, and workflows that enable efficient execution across product, clinical, data science, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Lead program execution by converting strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, timelines, ownership models, and measurable objectives.
- Track program performance through key metrics, including member outcomes, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer impact.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, opportunities, and business performance.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements that support scalable healthcare delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers, maintain alignment, and ensure successful program delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support market execution and customer-facing initiatives.
- Maintain feedback loops with internal teams and external stakeholders to capture insights and continuously improve programs.
- Stay informed on GLP-1, obesity care, digital health, and cardiometabolic market trends to support informed decision-making and execution priorities.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while supporting team effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare program leader with a strong background in digital health, operations, and cross-functional execution. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complex initiatives, and using data-driven insights to improve healthcare programs at scale.
- 10–12+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or a related industry.
- 3–5+ years of experience leading complex programs, operations initiatives, or cross-functional projects in high-growth or rapidly evolving environments.
- Proven ability to establish operating processes, create alignment across teams, and drive execution without directly owning overall company strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, and using data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for both operational teams and executive audiences.
- Experience with digital health products, virtual care models, or chronic disease management programs.
- Familiarity with cardiometabolic health, obesity care, or GLP-1 solutions is a strong plus.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and business impact.

Compensation Details:
- California, New York State, and Washington State base compensation range: $194,120 – $242,650.
- Colorado base compensation range: $185,680 – $232,100.
- Additional compensation may include annual cash bonus and equity grants.
- Final compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and business considerations.
