This role offers the opportunity to support and improve critical SAP Sales and Distribution processes across Brazil and Latin America.
You will work on AMS activities, troubleshooting, continuous improvements, and business-driven enhancements within complex SAP environments.
The position combines deep SAP SD expertise with integration knowledge, allowing you to solve operational challenges and optimize end-to-end processes.
You will act as a key link between business teams and technical specialists, translating requirements into effective SAP solutions.
This opportunity provides exposure to S/4HANA, Salesforce integrations, electronic invoicing processes, and multi-country operations.
You will contribute to the stability, evolution, and efficiency of enterprise sales and billing processes in a collaborative technology environment.

As a Senior SAP SD Consultant, you will provide functional support, implement improvements, and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution processes across multiple business areas and countries. You will be responsible for analyzing incidents, delivering solutions, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 AMS support for the SAP SD module, including root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution of incidents and tickets.
• Implement small enhancements and change requests across Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, deliveries, and billing.
• Analyze and resolve integration issues between SAP SD and Salesforce, as well as external CRM platforms, working with middleware and API layers.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of electronic invoicing integration issues with external billing platforms, including NF-e, NFS-e, and CT-e processes.
• Configure and adjust tax determination processes and SD Tax Procedures, including requirements related to consumption tax reforms.
• Perform functional ABAP debugging using tools such as BAdIs, User Exits, and program includes to support root cause investigations.
• Act as a bridge between business areas such as sales, tax, and billing teams and technical teams, translating needs into SAP solutions.
• Support SAP SD operations and business processes across different Latin American countries, including Peru, Mexico, and Argentina.

The ideal candidate is a senior SAP SD professional with strong functional expertise, experience in support environments, and the ability to work across business and technical teams. You should have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, integrations, tax processes, and complex Order-to-Cash scenarios.

• Strong experience configuring SAP SD processes, including customer and material master data, pricing procedures, conditions, tax determination, deliveries, and billing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales processes and understanding of differences between S/4HANA and SAP ECC models.
• Ability to understand customized business processes and complex system integrations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and experience collaborating with commercial, tax, and billing teams.
• Experience supporting SAP SD integrations with Salesforce, including Order-to-Cash flows and troubleshooting synchronization issues.
• Experience with SAP SD integrations with external CRM systems and daily operational problem resolution.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing integrations and processes, including NF-e, NFS-e, and CT-e environments.
• Experience configuring SD tax processes, including tax condition types, tax codes, and customer/material tax classifications.
• Knowledge of SAP tax procedures and processes related to consumption tax reforms, including IBS, CBS, and related SAP adjustments.
• Ability to perform functional ABAP debugging for diagnosis and technical analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to SD and Order-to-Cash processes, including basic navigation and configuration concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, acting as a connection between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Experience working in AMS/support environments focused on ticket resolution, continuous improvements, and root cause analysis.
• Conversational Spanish proficiency (minimum B1/B2) to collaborate with Latin American stakeholders.
• English proficiency for technical documentation reading is desirable.
• SAP SD certification (S/4HANA Sales) is considered a plus.
• Experience with SLA-based support environments such as ITIL, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus.
