Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated communicator with experience in sales, legal services, or negotiation-driven environments. Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, legal services, compliance, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections, difficult conversations, and high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional motivation, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving outcomes.
  • Native or professional business fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex concepts, including compliance, licensing, or intellectual property-related topics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, data management tools, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong internet research and investigative skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.

  • Initial 3-month trial period designed to ensure mutual success.
  • Competitive fixed compensation of up to $1,000 USD per month.
  • Performance-based commission opportunities of up to approximately $400 USD per month.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in a growing technology compliance sector.
  • Global remote work environment with exposure to international clients and teams.
  • Role with significant ownership, impact, and opportunities for professional growth.
