Job DescriptionWe're currently hiring dependable, customer-focused drivers to join our overnight team. This position offers a consistent overnight schedule, with shifts running approximately 6:45 PM to 4:15 AM.

Our drivers are more than just drivers—they're ambassadors for the communities we serve. Whether you're helping seniors and individuals with disabilities, assisting visitors with local recommendations, or ensuring expectant mothers get safely to their appointments, you'll make a meaningful impact during every shift.
Hourly Rate: $18/hr
- Provide safe, reliable transportation throughout the community while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Safely transport passengers during overnight operating hours while maintaining a professional and welcoming experience.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for service.
- Use navigation applications to determine the most efficient routes and ensure passengers arrive safely and on time.
- Serve as a Freebee Ambassador and represent Freebee and its partners in a professional manner. This may include attending promotional events or distributing marketing materials.
- Communicate with management and fellow team members regarding any incidents, maintenance concerns, or operational updates during your shift.
- Follow all overnight operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Must be at least 22 years of age.
- Must have the ability to operate a commercial vehicle.
- Must be passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service.
- Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
- Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively use driver applications.
- Clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and physical examination.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts between 6:45 PM and 4:15 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

- Report to your Freebee hub, typically located at a Municipal Garage, where your electric vehicle is waiting.
- Log into the Freebee Driver App and begin your overnight shift.
- Complete a thorough vehicle inspection before heading into service.
- Notify management of any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Clean and prepare your vehicle to provide a comfortable experience for passengers.
- Check in with your team through the designated group chat before beginning service.
- Safely navigate your assigned service area throughout the evening and overnight hours.
- Our Driver Support Team is available whenever you need assistance during your shift.
- At the end of your shift, return your vehicle to the Freebee garage, perform a quick cleaning, plug it into the charging station, and head home.
