Muscle Foods USA, a Division of EURPAC SERVICE, INC. is currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
While this position is primarily a Customer Service Representative role, it also serves as the company's front desk receptionist.

Key results area:
- Manage the front desk area
- Handle Customer Service Issues politely, efficiently, and promptly
- Handle all routine and non-routine Customer Service Complaints
- Assure that all problem issues are in process of being resolved and contact has been made with the requestor
Responsibilities:
- Answering Incoming Phone Calls, Sorting Mail & Daily deliveries
- Greeting and screening visitors
- Import and finalizing orders
- Return authorizations for defective or wrong shipments
- Product issues: pricing, availability, UPCs, case packs
- Communication with VP’s, Customer buying teams, store personnel & sales reps, via email or phone
- Resolve issues with orders once the order has been processed and forwarded
- Document and retain any communication regarding a given issue
- Misc. team duties; filing, phone back up
- Special projects and other tasks that may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have basic knowledge Excel, and Outlook, and be comfortable learning new systems as a tool to perform daily functions
- Must have good attendance
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
- Must possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
- Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good organizational skills
