You will act as a trusted advisor and go-to-market leader, collaborating with sales teams, technology partners, and executive stakeholders.
The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, partner programs, and market dynamics.
You will have the autonomy to shape partner strategies, build impactful relationships, and influence business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

The Partner Manager will be responsible for building and executing partner strategies that increase market reach, strengthen relationships, and achieve revenue objectives. The role requires close collaboration with internal sales teams, partner organizations, and executive stakeholders to create effective go-to-market plans and drive business growth.

  • Manage an assigned geographic territory, including pipeline development, forecasting, and execution of strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Expand partner engagement by increasing solution adoption, enabling partner sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives, sales teams, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on partner capabilities, market trends, competitive dynamics, and solution positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support end-user opportunities and accelerate partner-led sales initiatives.
  • Develop partner enablement programs, training initiatives, and business plans to improve partner performance.
  • Leverage partner programs and resources to generate new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
  • Provide creative strategies and recommendations to support territory growth and long-term success.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in partner management, enterprise sales, and technology solutions, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive measurable business results. Strong communication skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities are essential for success in this role.

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, partner management, storage, digital transformation, IoT, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience managing relationships with alliance partners, system integrators, and technology providers.
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers, including VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with experience managing complex territories and sales pipelines.
  • Ability to inspire collaboration, motivate partners, and work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify new growth opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $175,000 - $200,000, with expected on-target earnings of $250,000 - $285,000.
  • Eligibility for bonus, variable, and commission-based compensation programs, subject to applicable program conditions.
