Business Development Representative in Fort Worth, Texas at Alliance Credit Union

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in expanding Alliance Credit Union's footprint in the custom and SPEC construction loan market, Mortgage loans as well as Member Business Loans (MBL). This position is responsible for sourcing, developing, and maintaining a robust network of builders, developers, and real estate professionals to generate new construction loan opportunities within the approved lending territory. The BDR will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and client satisfaction, while strategically growing Alliance’s market share in an area with minimal current penetration.
