We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to help lead the next evolution of our customer experience. This is a hands-on, manager-level role focused on operational excellence, team development, and building new capabilities in education, product guidance, and customer success.
This role sits at the center of how customers experience our brand. While managing day-to-day operations, you will also help evolve the team beyond transactional support into a group of knowledgeable guides who can support customer health outcomes and strengthen long-term relationships.
We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in customer experience leadership, combined with experience in herbal, nutrition, dietetics, or supplement environments.
