• Maintain and improve the Portal application, ensuring a seamless user experience for both employers and candidates.
• Enhance the LiveKit real-time system by integrating advanced voice and video capabilities into our platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across APIs, databases, and user interfaces, providing well-documented solutions.
• Implement schema migrations, server routes, and product features with a focus on quality and user impact.
• Build and maintain integration APIs for ATS and HR systems, ensuring robust contracts and clear error semantics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements and specifications.
• Monitor and maintain production systems, responding effectively to incidents and improving logging and guardrails.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development while preserving code quality and ensuring security best practices.

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on TypeScript and modern React, particularly within Next.js App Router patterns.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and Prisma, with a solid understanding of API design principles including validation, versioning, and observability.
• Proficiency in Python to effectively read and modify services like our LiveKit agent.
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems, with a strong analytical mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in writing and through documentation.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and testing.
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.

• Previous experience in recruiting, ATS, or HR tech environments.
• Familiarity with LiveKit, WebRTC systems, or similar real-time communication technologies.
• Experience with payment processing systems such as Stripe, or authentication services like Auth0.
• Knowledge of AWS services and their integration into application architecture.
• Understanding of webhooks from telephony or voice providers.
