Seeking a Master's Clinician in the Concord, NH area to provide evidence-based behavioral health services and crisis intervention across diverse populations. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop recovery-centered treatment plans, and coordinate care across office, home, and community settings.

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Master's Clinician to join our growing behavioral health team in Concord, NH. In this critical role, you will deliver comprehensive, person-centered care that empowers diverse populations to manage mental illness and live successfully in recovery.

What You'll Do:

  • Assessments & Planning: Conduct intake interviews, mental health evaluations, and diagnostic assessments (e.g., CANS/ANSA, DSM-5-TR) for children, youth, and adults. Build measurable, recovery-centered treatment plans.
  • Direct Clinical Care: Provide individual, child, family, and group psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Crisis Intervention: Perform risk assessments and provide immediate crisis assessment, prevention, and planning.
  • Care Coordination: Act as a liaison, coordinating care and collaborating closely with medical professionals, external agencies, and community partners.
  • Mobile Support: Deliver care where it is needed most, seamlessly operating across office, home, school, and community settings.
  • Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate, timely Electronic Health Records (EHR) adhering to Medicaid, state, federal, and agency standards.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage a diverse, client-driven caseload and provide clinical consultations during crises.
  • Cultural Competency: Assessments that reflect an understanding of developmental, cultural, and family systems.
  • Adaptability: Comfort and professionalism maintaining boundaries in high-acuity, varied community settings.
Requirements:

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy is required.
  • Independent clinical licensure (e.g., LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MLADC/LADC) in the state of New Hampshire is highly preferred; license-eligible candidates will be considered.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
