Laminar Logistics is hiring full-time, motivated drivers with a clean driving record for its Amazon Freight Partner program operating out of San Bernardino, CA. We are a local small business with the benefits of a large company. We haul exclusively for Amazon and are making on-the-spot job offers contingent on meeting eligibility and background check requirements. You can work as little as 3 days or as much as 4 days, making an average of between $40,000 and $50,000 per year. These are dedicated routes driving freight for Amazon. You will be operating state of the art Amazon equipment and technology.

What youll do:

Drive Local Delivery Routes: Safely navigate and operate a Non-CDL refrigerated box truck to complete assigned daily customer deliveries within your scheduled 10-hour shift across Southern California, returning home every night.

Play a key role in keeping Amazons commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver goods on time and at the right place

• Handle Touch Freight: Manually unload, stack, and transport temperature-sensitive cargo from the truck to customer drop-off sites using electronic pallet jacks (EPJ), hand trucks, and hydraulic liftgates.
• Maintain Reefer & Cargo Quality: Set, monitor, and record refrigerator unit temperatures to guarantee proper product climate control and safeguard perishable goods throughout transit.
• Safely operate and navigate a non-CDL reefer box truck (up to 26ft) along designated local routes.
• Perform safety checks on equipment before and after use
• Ensure safe and proper maneuvering of all vehicles

What youll need:

Must be at least 21 years old

Have a valid Standard Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (No CDL required).

Must successfully Pass DOT Physical

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records

No current Driver's License suspension or revocation

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report

Successfully pass a background check

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications such as GPS
