Clinic-Based and School-Based Opportunities
Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

Bridge Community Health Clinic is seeking a licensed therapist to provide behavioral health services throughout the Wausau and Merrill communities. This position offers a unique blend of outpatient clinic and school-based practice, allowing you to build a caseload that matches your interests and schedule.

Our support team assists with scheduling, referrals, care coordination, and administrative tasks so you can focus on your clients.

Work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other behavioral health needs.

Collaborate with primary care, dental, behavioral health, and school professionals within an integrated healthcare organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Wisconsin professional license
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
Preferred
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• School-based or community mental health experience
• Training in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, grief counseling, or related specialties
• Experience working within integrated healthcare settings

What You'll Do
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and diagnoses
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Coordinate care with medical providers, schools, and community partners
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed
• Help connect patients and families with community resources
