Insurance Sales Professional – $40K–$70K + Commission & Bonus
Round Rock, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

A local insurance agency with over 40 years in business is looking for an outstanding individual who is committed to building a successful career advising customers and selling a variety of insurance products for one of the largest insurance companies in the country.

You will be provided with the tools, training, and education to help you succeed. You'll join a team of professionals who work well together and are committed to helping each other succeed.

Compensation
  • $40,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experience and licensing
  • Commissions

What You'll Do
  • Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Educate customers about insurance products and coverage options
  • Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products based on customer needs
  • Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity records
  • Work toward established sales and performance goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Work closely with the agency team to contribute to overall agency success
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, personable, and driven to succeed. You should enjoy working with people, building relationships, and having sales conversations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Insurance experience is a plus
  • Insurance licensing is a plus
  • Spanish-speaking candidates preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to build rapport and establish lasting customer relationships
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to success
