Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) – Full Time, In Office – Olathe, KS 66062

Pay: $40,000–$100,000/year (base salary plus commission/bonus).

Harlan Parker – State Farm Agency, an award-winning State Farm agency in Olathe, KS, has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. We focus on meeting our customers' needs and building success for our team.

What you'll do:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Build customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
• Give prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing

Required:

• An active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Able to commute to our Olathe, KS office (in-office position)
• Life & Health license, or able to get it before your start date

Preferred:

• Insurance sales experience. P&C and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• A track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
• Bilingual a plus
