SAGE Veterinary Centers in Redwood City is hiring a Kennel Assistant to support our hospital and Critical Care Unit (CCU). This is an important behind-the-scenes role that helps keep our hospital clean, organized, stocked, and ready for our veterinary teams and patients.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, takes pride in their work, and doesn't need to be asked twice to jump in and help.

• Full-time, consistent four-day schedule
• $20.00–$24.00/hour depending on experience
• Work inside a Specialty & Emergency veterinary hospital
• Be part of a collaborative hospital team
• Gain exposure to the veterinary hospital environment
• Opportunity to build experience within veterinary medicine

• Clean and maintain patient care and hospital areas
• Complete laundry and ensure clean linens are readily available
• Wash and organize dishes and hospital supplies
• Restock treatment areas and supplies
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and prepared for the clinical team
• Help maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients and employees
• Monitor supplies and communicate when items need to be replenished
• Assist the team with general hospital support needs
• Work independently to identify tasks that need attention and follow through to completion
